4 Week Fat Flush Bootcamp Begins September 29, 2014

My famous FAT FLUSH Bootcamp begins September 29 and continues for four weeks. Here are the details.

WHAT: Greenville Fat Flush Bootcamp (Includes FREE diet with participation) with Greenville's Personal Trainer, Justin Bowers

WHEN: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 4 weeks at 5:15 AM beginning September 29. Sessions are 45 minutes long.

WHERE: Legacy Park in Greenville (336 Rocky Slope Road)

WHAT TO BRING: Workout mat, At least 8 lb hand weights, and water.

If you have 30 or more pounds to lose, you should expect to lose 3 inches total in your body. You should also expect your aerobic capacity to increase as well as your anaerobic. You'll notice more toned, firm arms, legs and abs.

If you already consider yourself in shape, this bootcamp will "tone" you even more, give your muscles more definition, and will help alleviate the "problem areas".

Everyone who expects results must eat clean during the duration of the bootcamp, which is why I'll be including a FREE diet that accompanies the bootcamp. You can substitute any like-foods for certain items you may not like. You should stay within the calorie confines of the diet for best results.

The price of the Fat Flush Bootcamp is only $10 per session. You have two options, both of which require paying via debit or credit card:

1. Have your card auto debited $30 per week for 4 weeks.

2. Pay the $120 in full upfront.

You must pay for the entire bootcamp, as it is a package. You are responsible for attending all scheduled days and times. Rain or shine, the bootcamp will take place.
