Fitness Tip Of The Day: Become A Morning Person

Studies show that those who exercise in the morning are more likely to stick with it.  Wake up early and get your cardio out of the way!  Do you think you'll feel like working out at the end of a long day?  Not only will working out early in the morning get your workout out of the way, but it will also set a positive tone for the rest of your day!
