This spring, March 2009 to be exact, I'm going to be hosting my very own fitness bootcamp every weekend. It will more than likely take place on a Sunday morning/afternoon. It will generally be 90 minutes of a full body workout. The reason for this is to get people working out again, and to keep those already involved in fitness to continue to achieve their goals. When you bring several people with the same goal together, great things can happen.
The location will be a public park somewhere in the Greenville or Easley area, and has yet to be determined. I don't have a pricing structure available yet, but it will definitely be less than $20 per each participant.
Current clients would have a lower rate than those that are not clients of mine, and of course, there will be no charge for your first bootcamp workout.

Yes, in fact, I'd love to have a fitness bootcamp for 90 minutes each day but not at 5:30 in the morning!
Thanks for the comment, Callie! And no, I don't think I'd do a 5:30 AM workout on a Sunday. Perhaps later in the morning would be more realistic.
Here is a website for some parks. http://www.greenvillesc.gov/city_services/shelters/availability.asp I noticed they don't allow loud music but there are some pretty interesting sites. Would we bring a mat?
Becky, thank you for the list of parks. And yes, mats and water bottles are highly recommended, as well as a set of light weights to be able to do everything we'll be doing.
